Our Pastor
Rick Beno first joined our staff in 1992 and served as minister of youth, discipleship, and worship. In 2005, Rick took on the role of lead pastor.
Rick is a graduate of Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, PA, and the University of Delaware in Newark, DE. Rick and his wife, Jeana, have two young children, Kelsey and Nathan.

Our Associate Pastor
Jon Boulet grew up at Hockessin Baptist Church before attending the Air Force Academy and serving in the Air Force.
Jon is a graduate of Biblical Theological Seminary and continues to serve in the Air National Guard. He joined our staff in June of 2006. Jon and his wife, Andrea, have four children, Timothy, Joshua, Ransom, and Grace.

Our Youth Ministers
John and Katie Coleman joined our staff in 2005 working with our youth.
John is a graduate of the University of Delaware in Newark, DE, and currently works as a computer programmer.
Katie is also a graduate of the U. of D. and is currently enrolled in full-time graduate studies at Eastern University.
